CHARTE QUALITÉ NAVECO
As part of the execution of the NAVECO Subscription Contract and its relations both with NAVECO and with all the AFFILIATED CARRIERS AFFILIATED CARRIERS.
The CARRIER undertakes to respect the NAVECO Quality and Ethics Charter,
To know :
1. With respect to NAVECO and OTHER CARRIERS
Management of passenger transport reservations
The CARRIER undertakes to:
• Keep the agenda of its Drivers up to date and indicate the unavailability of each of them on the NAVECO platform;
• Satisfy all reservations for Races and/or Provisions for which his Driver or one of his Drivers has been selected;
• Carry out a Race and/or a Provision in accordance with that ordered by the Customer and for which his Driver or one of his Drivers has been selected;
• Scrupulously and regularly ensure the management and follow-up of the reservations of Races and Provisions and of the operations carried out with NAVECO and the AFFILIATED CARRIERS;
• Ensure a secure and high-quality passenger transport service for its own Customers as well as for the Customers of NAVECO or AFFILIATED CARRIERS;
• Act efficiently and give priority to service quality, in the common interest of the members of the NAVECO Platform;
• Require its Drivers to be punctual at the start time of the Race and/or Provision under penalty of a financial penalty of 10% of the amount including tax of the race;
• In the event of a missed trip, the carrier undertakes to carry out a trip of an amount equivalent to this one or to compensate the customer for the amount equivalent to this one (deduction of the remaining balance due to the driver).

• Notify the Customer and/or Passenger as soon as possible in the event of an imponderable preventing the latter from being taken care of;
• Accept the commercial conditions of the partnership, through the use of the Naveco Application or the races ordered by email;
• Accept the price proposal provided by NAVECO to the partner when accepting the trip. This includes a wait of 45 minutes at the airport from the landing of the flight and 15 minutes in stations from the arrival of the train.
• The driver undertakes to follow the arrival of the flight live and thus to organize his schedule of support for the NAVECO customer and this for maximum flight delays of 1 hour.
• Provide comfortable and quality equipment to the Passenger Customer, adapted to their morphology and the climatic conditions.
1.2. Respect for brands and commercial management
• Refrain from damaging the brand image of NAVECO or of ANOTHER AFFILIATED CARRIER through actions that are incompatible with the operating rules of the NAVECO platform and/or with the ethics of the transport profession. persons for consideration;
• Refrain from initiating any commercial approach (distribution of business cards, prospectuses, telephone calls, etc.) to Customers deemed to belong to the Customer portfolio of NAVECO and/or of an OTHER AFFILIATED CARRIER under penalty of termination of the partnership and penalty of the amount equivalent to the entire race;
• Refrain from drawing up a list of the contact details of Customers deemed to belong to the Customer portfolio of NAVECO and/or of an OTHER AFFILIATED CARRIER and/or from archiving the contact details under penalty of termination of the partnership.
>1.3. Ethics and Insurance
• Provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information on its vehicles and their driver(s);
• Act in good faith and with full transparency;
• Proof of a valid insurance contract adapted to the activities of transporting people for a fee.
2. With regard to the legislation and regulations in force The CARRIER undertakes to comply with the legislation and regulations in force applicable to the provision, on request, for a fee, of passenger cars with driver for the transport of people and their luggage.
2.1. Professional card
The CARRIER undertakes that each of its Drivers holds a professional card, issued by the prefect of their department and, in Paris, by the Prefect of Police, and in particular:
• Be the holder of a license for the category of the vehicle in question whose probationary period has ended;
• Be the holder of a certificate issued by the prefect, after medical verification of physical fitness;
• Has not committed a serious violation of the Highway Code resulting in the loss of six points of the driving licence;
• Has not been convicted of driving without a license in the category of the vehicle in question, or despite the invalidation or cancellation of the license;
• Has not been convicted of theft, fraud, willful bodily harm, sexual assault or drug offence.
2.2. Passenger cars and/or Motorized vehicles with two or three wheels
The CARRIER undertakes that each of its Drivers has a motorized vehicle that complies with the regulations in force and, in particular:
2.2.1. Regarding passenger cars:
• Has at least 4 seats and at most 9 seats, including that of the Driver;
• Proof of being less than four years old, except in the case of vintage cars;
• Offer the conditions of comfort and fittings corresponding to the needs of the clientele, i.e. be equipped with at least 4 doors and have a minimum overall length of 4.50 meters and a minimum overall width of 1.70 meters;
• Has a net power greater than 88 kilowatts;
• Be provided with distinctive signage as defined by the decree of 6 September 2010 from the Ministère de l'Intérieur. (conforming sticker issued by the Prefecture and bearing the company's registration number with the Agency Atout France and affixed in the corner of the windshield at the bottom left in place of the Driver).
• Proof of an annual maintenance certificate;
• Either equipped with signage defined by the order of the 03 novembre 2010 of the Ministère de l'Intérieur.
2.3. Races and Provisions
The CARRIER undertakes that each of its Drivers will comply during the Races and/or the Provisions with the regulations in force applicable to the activities for consideration of transporting people and their luggage by passenger cars with driver and, in particular:
• Prohibited parking of cars on public roads if they have not been previously rented;
• Obligation of prior reservation;
• Ban on renting cars instead;
• Obligation to remove or conceal the signage specific to the vehicles, in the event of non-professional use;
• Obligation to inform travelers of the quantity of carbon dioxide emitted to perform the service.
• Justification of a prior reservation (Article L3123-2 du code des transports) ;
• Regarding passenger cars with driver:
• Prohibited parking of cars on public roads if they have not been previously rented;
• Prior reservation required;
• Ban on renting cars instead;
• Obligation to remove or conceal the vehicle-specific signage, in the event of non-professional use;
• Obligation to inform travelers of the quantity of carbon dioxide emitted to perform the service.
• Concerning motorized vehicles with two or three wheels:
• Prohibition of parking and driving on public roads in search of customers;
• Parking near stations and terminals in compliance with the rules of the Highway Code or regulations issued by the competent authority only on proof of a prior reservation (Article L3123-2 of the Transport Code) ;
2.4. Cancellation of the race and non-presentation of the client
• In the event of cancellation of the race by the customer within 2 hours, compensation will be made to the driver equivalent to 30% of the amount of the order.
• The partner undertakes not to cancel support for a race offered in advance except in the event of force majeure; and this cannot exceed 2 cancellations in the last 60 days. this will therefore lead to the deactivation of the partner account for the races offered in advance.
• In case of no show of the customer, compensation will be made to the driver equivalent to the amount of the order and capped at €50.
2.5 Payments and Settlement
• Race payments are made by bank transfer between the 10th and 15th of each month to the details provided by the partners when registering. This payment will take into account the total amount (affiliate) of the races carried out between the 1st and the 30th or 31st of the previous month.
